Each package has specific cancellation policies. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp or official email. Refund times depend on individual service provider policies.
The client is responsible for having valid passports, visas, and health certifications required by each destination. Universal Tours Col is not responsible for travel denials due to documentation issues.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or accidents caused by third-party providers or force majeure (climatic events, strikes, etc.).
